We focus on helping our clients develop their own unique style and customized strategy to reach success, all while staying true to their roots. We strive to help brands and individuals discover their best selves through social media and all things creative.

Our founder Tiffany is no stranger to the digital world. A content creator in her own right, she eats, breathes, and sleeps social media, a passion that she discovered during her time at Cornell University. Towards the end of her college career, Tiffany began to take her social media side hustle seriously and think about how she could make social media her full-time job. 

When the world went into lockdown, this was the perfect time to start manifesting her dreams into reality. Tiffany began studying and researching the freelance industry to see how she could set herself apart from competing agencies and creators. After taking lots of masterclasses and networking with successful agency owners, Tiffany realized that she could offer her knowledge and services in social media marketing and content creation to other businesses and individuals looking for that little extra help. Thus, after a few bumps in the road and a couple years later, The Grounded Agency was born.
